These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Regression Analytics LLC ("we", "us"), the operator of Together: Relationship Wellness (the "Service"). By creating an account, clicking to accept, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using Together: Relationship Wellness you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Together: Relationship Wellness is a self-help tool and is not therapy, counseling, or medical or mental-health care. The following Safety & Medical Disclaimer is part of these Terms:
Together: Relationship Wellness provides self-help educational and relationship tools for general informational purposes only. It is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or medical or mental-health treatment, and it is not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a licensed therapist, physician, or other qualified professional. Using Together: Relationship Wellness does not create a therapist–client, doctor–patient, or any other professional relationship between you and Together: Relationship Wellness or its operators.
Never disregard professional advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read or received through Together: Relationship Wellness. If you think you may have a medical or mental-health condition, consult a qualified professional.
Some features — including the AI dialog mediator, AI coach, insights, and personality interpretations — are generated by automated systems. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your situation. They do not represent the views of a licensed professional. You are responsible for how you use any output, and you should use your own judgment and seek professional help where appropriate.
Together: Relationship Wellness is not designed for and must not be used in emergencies, or in situations involving abuse, violence, self-harm, or risk of harm to you or anyone else. It cannot summon help.

This app is not an emergency or crisis service and cannot help in an emergency. Please contact the resources above or your local emergency number.
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may register using email and password or a supported third-party sign-in provider.
Together: Relationship Wellness lets you connect with a partner and share content such as letters, check-ins, exercises, and mediated sessions. You understand and agree that:

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service and to provide its features to you (and, where you choose, to your connected partner). Our handling of your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Together: Relationship Wellness offers paid subscriptions, billed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). Prices and billing terms are presented at the point of purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused features.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 3, 10, 11, and 12) will survive.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT OR AI OUTPUT IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SITUATION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Regression Analytics LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, RELATIONSHIPS, GOODWILL, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Regression Analytics LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, your conduct toward your partner or others, or your violation of these Terms.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. You and Regression Analytics LLC agree to resolve any dispute relating to the Service through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. You and Regression Analytics LLC waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action.
These Terms are governed by the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 13, the exclusive venue for any dispute is Lee County, Florida.
We may update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date and require you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the Service. Your continued use after acceptance means you agree to the updated Terms.
