This Privacy Policy explains how Regression Analytics LLC, operator of Together: Relationship Wellness (the "Service"), collects, uses, and shares information about you. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

We collect:

• Account and authentication data — your email and, if you use a third-party sign-in provider (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Facebook), basic profile information from that provider.
• Relationship and well-being data you provide — personality and self-assessment responses, Johari Window selections, daily check-ins and moods, communication exercises, letters, and mediated-session content.
• Partner-linked data — content shared between you and a connected partner.
• Payment data — if you make a purchase, it is processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data — basic technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service.

Much of this is sensitive personal information about your relationships and emotional state. We ask that you provide only what you are comfortable sharing.

• To provide, personalize, and improve the Service and its features.
• To generate assessments, insights, and AI mediator/coach responses.
• To enable features you choose to share with a connected partner.
• To process payments, provide support, and communicate with you.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

We use third-party providers ("sub-processors") to operate the Service, which may process your information on our behalf:

• Base44 — application hosting and backend data storage.
• OpenAI and Anthropic — AI providers that power assessment, insight, and mediation features.
• Stripe — payment processing.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us. Content you submit to an AI feature is sent to the applicable AI provider to generate a response.

When you use a shared feature, the content you submit may be visible to your connected partner. We cannot control how your partner uses content you share with them. Share only what you are comfortable the other person seeing.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

You may request access to and deletion of your personal information and opt out of sale. We do not sell your personal information. Contact support@regression.io.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and then delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period, unless we must retain it to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at support@regression.io.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at support@regression.io and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy. When changes are material, we will update the effective date and ask you to review and accept the updated documents before continuing to use the Service.
